One of the great things about working with Joe is his mission to share his extensive knowledge. He always gives me several stretches so I can work on my own to relieve any particular tightness I might have along with a full description of where the muscles and tendons are and why they are acting up. His use of the skeletal/musculature posters he has in office helps me visualize and understand what’s happening. I believe that understanding helps me to facilitate my healing process.
