Neck Pain

In our flexion addiction society, neck pain is a common problem . Activities like working at a computer train the head to stay forward leading to neck pain. Due to leverage, for every inch the head is forward from its normal position it weighs about ten more pounds and leads to neck pain. This unhealthy stress on the neck leads to degenerative disk disease and arthritis causing neck pain. After I do the preventive bodywork to help correct a forward head posture and avoid neck pain, I educate my clients on how to keep it that way so they can end neck pain and prevent serious issues in the future.

Testimonials

Gwen S. -formerly of New England

"Don't waste your money looking for a better massage! I have had massages from Hawaii to London and Toronto to Costa Rica and Joe is absolutely the best if you are looking for real pain relief. He knows anatomy and movement and his willingness to educate me on the details of every one of my problem areas and how to take care of myself to reduce pain recurrence is the kind of stuff you usually only get from physical therapists! I genuinely can't say enough good about this practice if you really need help and can appreciate quality stretching  and muscle work, it is your loss if you don't at least give him a try."
